Coffee Shop and building in Harrison ID

Looking in the front window of the Coffee Shop.

View looking in front door.   All furniture and furnishings come with the lease.

Coffee Shop is front left

The tavern is on the bottom floor.  The art gallery is behind the white sign, going down to the far wall with lake views. There is a soap shop in the center of it all.  The unfinished top floor is the last three windows.     There is a sitting room for the first two windows.  Bathroom behind next window or two and then a small bedroom for the last two windows with curtains.

Walking down the stairs.

If you walk straight into the coffee shop, this is the right side of the counter
Looking back to your left behind the counter.

I didn't get many photos of Coffee shop due to a dead battery on my camera.
We came in a side door, where he had his brand new motor cycle parked.  I didn't get a photo.  But it's about 7' wide.

This is a narrow room off the top of the stairs and looking left.  Through the door straight ahead is the roof access.   Room to the left is a large unfinished space.  To my right is the entry into the giant unfinished space below.
This is facing to the left from the doorway into the unfinished areas.   Below is looking straight ahead from the door way.

Views from top floor rear windows.

Ceiling has old water damage it has been re-roofed since then.  Needs to be scraped off and sheet rocked.
The owner wants to put in Stairs to the roof and create an outdoor garden space on the flat roof.

Below is about a 15 x 15 room that is accessed to the left of the room with the roof access.

Our thoughts are, that this room would make a good kitchen/bar area to support a roof top summer wine garden, with views of sunsets on the lake!

This is the hall at the top of the beautiful stair case, looking back at the finished living quarters.

Going in through the door on the right we enter this giant single room living area with a bed in the living room for guests.   (They have grand kids who live only one mile away and always want to stay the night!)   They have also rented out this space for summer guests and stayed solely in the small bedroom using downstairs bathroom.
This is looking to the left side of the main living quarters.   The doors open into a tiny exercise room and access to the bathroom.
 Below is the right side.

Upon entering the inky dinky kitchen that is used for that upstairs living quarters you are underwhelmingly faced with a washer dryer... :(   I think there is room for this in the exercise room or instead of a separate shower... But that is just me.

Once inside the narrow kitchen it is far better than you would have thought!  Very cute space!
The built in hutch is the backside of the hutch in the kitchen.  We are told there are glass doors that could be put back on in the kitchen.

Off of the large main room is a teeny tiny little room they use as an exercise room.   This room used to be an examining room of a dentist office.

It is the front left corner of the building. above the entry to the coffee shop.

You pass through the exercise room into the main bathroom.
The bathroom is really quite beautiful with a large claw foot tub and a separate shower.

The photos below are of the little bedroom and part of the large living quarters.  It is accessed from the main room by passing through the bathroom.   This room also has access to the main hallway through the left hand door and could easily be rented as a public access office space.
 It is small perhaps 12' X 12"

Single bathroom in the hall between the Art Gallery, The Salon and the Soap Shop.

This is a good sized office that is rented to the tavern.  He says the rent needs to be renegotiated for this space.   I am missing a photo of the two desks that take up the center of this space.  Hmmm?

Across the hall from the office is a street frontage access Art Gallery.

The Soap shop is centered at the end of the hall and takes up the back left (west) side of the building.

He said that this rent needs to be increased as they have expanded as well.

He has tried to keep his rent for all tenants really low because he wants the people to stay in the building.

The tavern, "One Shot Charlies" holds the lease for the entire bottom floor and the office on the second level.    They pay 1500 a month.

This garage door opens to the parking lot and looks across to the lake.

Behind me in these photos is a busy bar full of people.  I did not take their picture because I was beginning to feel like it would not be appreciated!   So the bar area of the bar remains unseen.  sorry!

Back right corner of the tavern is a stage.

Next level up from Tavern is a fish and chips style food area, which is part of the bar.

Below, is also part of the Taverns lease area.

It is a really cool room which is (if anyone asked my opinion) being, misappropriately used as a GIANT storage area.   This could easily be it's own Wine Grotto or Tap house!  Very cool space with rock walls on two sides.
